Oliver Ackermann and his band A Place To Bury Strangers are known for their noisy, shoegaze-infused post-punk and frequent lineup changes. For their seventh album, “Synthesizer” (Dedstrange), the New Yorker is joined by Sandra and John Fedowitz.
The album is set to be released on October 4th. The singles from the series started earlier this year are not included, but we can already enjoy the screeching “Disgust.”
