The forest dwellers known as Snapped Ankles are stepping out of their safe haven once again for their fourth album, Hard Times Furious Dancing (The Leaf Label), set to release on March 28.
Initially rooted in post-punk, the Snapped Ankles have found their groove in disco for quite some time now. Their first single, Raoul, is a prime example—danceable and driving, it sets the tone for the album’s energetic vibe.
