Population II are known for their turbulent psych-prog sound. For their third album, the Canadians have reined in their style with the help of producer Dominic Vanchesteing. Maintenant Jamais (Bonsound) is set to be released on March 28.
The first single, Le thé est prêt, already demonstrates that Population II have gained better control of their sound. The track flows smoothly, with every attempt at breaking loose swiftly subdued.
