The instrumental band Wyatt E. blends mythical themes with rich psych rock. Next year, a new album will be released, and the band’s first two albums will receive reissues. All of this will happen under the label Heavy Psych Sounds, the band’s new home.
Regarding the new album, Zamāru ultu qereb ziqquratu Part 1 serves as the follow-up to 2022’s āl bēlūti dārû. It continues the exploration of ancient Babylon. As the title suggests, a second part will follow soon. Part 1 will be available on January 10th.
Before that, there’s Im Leyla, a track that’s relatively concise and straightforward for Wyatt E.’s standards, offering a solid dose of psych rock. The song also features guest singer Tomer Damsky.
